How much is your courier service?

At Jess Express we aim to be competitively priced and the cost of a courier delivery will vary in 2 main factors, the distance of the job and the type of vehicle you require. To obtain an accurate price of what you require please contact us.

Will my delivery be guaranteed?

We aim to provide a 100% delivery rate, however on the rare occasion a delivery may not be made due to the business or premises being closed or no one at home, in this instance, we will do all we can to ensure your job is fulfilled to your satisfaction.

How do I know my items have been delivered?

Once payment has been made to Jess Express, you will receive a receipt via email. All our jobs are tracked by satellite tracking, and once your job has been successfully delivered you receive confirmation from us followed by a proof of delivery with a signature at the destination address.

How do I book your courier service?

It’s easy to book with us! You can book directly through our website selecting the contact us page, or by calling us direct to discuss your exact requirements.

Why use a courier?

When you use Jess Express Couriers you receive a personal door to door delivery service. There are times when a standard delivery service may not provide the service you require (in particular delicate or valuable items). All your items are handled with the utmost care and are secured and wrapped to ensure your delivery arrives in perfect condition. All our drivers have Goods in Transit insurance as a standard requirement to ensure in the unlikely event should there be any damage your goods will be fully covered by a comprehensive insurance.

Do you use Electric Vehicles (EVs)?

If your preference is an electric vehicle (EV) we will strive to source this type of vehicle.
